Our schedule is booked with enough time for prep and clean up for every service. As an office we allow for a 15-minute late window where you will be seen for your scheduled service. However, due to increased cleaning and sanitizing measures, if you arrive late for your appointment that time will be deducted from your service. For example: if you are scheduled for a 60-minute facial and arrive 10 minutes late, your facial will be shortened to 50 minutes to allow for proper sanitation of the treatment room. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled.
Cancellation/No Show policy
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.
Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged $50 for the first no show and will be required to have a credit card on file and prepay for their next service. Any future no shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only losing your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. When you schedule an appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
Spa Financial Policy
Full payment is expected at the time of service. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, checks (with valid ID and no out of state or starter checks allowed), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit. There is a returned check fee of $25
Gift cards are available and may be redeemed for SPA services or products only. They are not valid for injectables.
Spa packages offer clients a significant savings. Services purchased as a package are NOT transferable. If you are unable to use your full package, a spa credit may be issues. Refunds will not be provided. Spa credits are not transferable.
In the event you are unable to use a product (e.g. experience an adverse reaction, sensitivity, etc) please notify us immediately and return the item within 14 days of purchase. We will gladly work with you to find a better product and may issue a spa credit. Credit must be used to purchase products of equal or greater value. Refunds will not be provided.
