Insurance

The providers of University Dermatology Center are providers for most private insurance companies. We do not guarantee payment and encourage all patients to call the number on their insurance card to confirm that we are in your network. We are not providers for any medicaid, Hoosier Healthwise or Indiana HIP plans. If you may have an insurance that we are not providers for we will accept you as a non insured patient and require at the time of serivice $95.00 as a new patient and $65.00 as a return patient.
