Laine ElamMrs. Elam is a medical practitioner licensed to practice medicine under Dr. Zemtsov’s Supervision. Mrs. Elam has a Bachelor of Health Science from Butler University. She became a licensed Physician Assistant in 1996 and has been practicing medicine in the Emergency Department for the past 10 years prior to coming to UDC in May 2005.
