The owner and founder of this practice. He graduated with honors from New York University School of Medicine. After completing Dermatology residency at the world famous Cleveland Clinic, he was employed as a full time faculty member in the department of dermatology at Texas Medical School. He is a recipient of a number of state, national, and international dermatology awards. Dr. Zemtsov is an Associate Professor of Clinical Dermatology at IU School of Medicine.  Besides specializing in general adult and pediatric dermatology, Dr. Zemtsov has expertise in MOHS Skin Cancer Surgery, Dermatopathology and complex and challenging dermatology problems..  Foreign Languages spoken – Russian, Spanish

Dr. Lisa Wilson  graduated from Indiana University in 1990 and worked as a Registered Nurse for many years before going back to school to become a doctor.  Dr. Wilson then Graduated from IU School of Medicine becoming a physician in 1994.  Dr. Wilson finished her Dermatology Residency at Wright State University in Dayton, OH and has been working for University Dermatology Center since June 2000. In addition to being a dermatologist, Dr. Wilson is also a board certified internal medicine physician.

Dr. Joanne Trockman is a graduate of University of Southern California Medical School and completed her Dermatology Residency at the Los Angeles County – USC Medical Center.  Dr. Joanne Trockman was Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology since 1975 and recertified in 2009.  She had the privilege of owning her own practices in Los Angeles, Ca, Opelika, AL and Indianapolis, IN.  At the present time she is an assistant professor of clinical dermatology at IU Medical Center and has admitting privileges at Clarian Hospital and Community Hospital.  Dr. Trockman had the opportunity to join our practice in the summer of 2009.

Laine Elam PA.C., 

Mrs. Elam is a medical practitioner licensed to practice medicine under Dr. Zemtsov’s Supervision.  Mrs. Elam has a Bachelor of Health Science from Butler University.  She became a licensed Physician Assistant in 1996 and has been practicing medicine in the Emergency Department for the past 10 years prior to coming to UDC in May 2005.
