Dermatologists should be able to easily distinguish between a benign and dangerous rash and also prescribe treatment to get bothersome rashes under control. It is important to see a dermatologist for a rash before using any medicines because some medicines can change the appearance of a rash making it difficult for a dermatologist to diagnose.
